Hi, I'm David Kull.

I'm 60 years old, a NASM-certified personal trainer, and I know exactly what it feels like when your body starts moving differently than it used to.

After 25 years at ESPN and 15 months coaching adults 60+ at Anytime Fitness, I built Defying Age Fitness for one simple reason: people our age deserve fitness that was actually designed for our bodies — not borrowed from a 30-year-old's program.
